Shipping Policy:

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time, and any changes will be reflected on our website. If the shipping cost is erroneous, we will reach out to the client before any changes are made.
• Freight Shipments: For items requiring freight shipping, we do not allow customers to use their own freight company unless approved by us.

Return Policy:

• Returns: We will only consider returns if there is a defect in the product itself or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

If a defect is suspected, we may consider the return of a used or damaged item. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
