If the shipping cost is erroneous, we will reach out to the client before any changes are made.
• Freight Shipments: For items requiring freight shipping, we do not allow customers to use their own freight company unless approved by us.

Return Policy:

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
