Variable height pail dispenser provides several settings for dispensing five (5) gallon plastic or steel pails. Dispense by turning the hand cable winch. 304 Stainless steel (bushings, poly casters, riggings and some hardware may not be stainless). Stainless steel winch and 18-8 stainless steel cable.
