Shipping Policy:

• Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer a range of shipping options at varying costs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may change at any moment.
• Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be longer.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can track your package.
• Shipping Restrictions: We ship globally subject to our published rates, which may fluctuate depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method selected, the size and weight of your order, and the destination country. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time, and any changes will be reflected on our website. If the shipping cost is erroneous, we will reach out to the client before any changes are made.
• Freight Shipments: For items requiring freight shipping, we do not allow customers to use their own freight company unless approved by us.

Return Policy:

• Returns: We will only consider returns if there is a defect in the product itself or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused and undamaged. However, if a manufacturer defect is suspected, we may consider the return of a used or damaged item for testing purposes.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Once your return request is approved, we may require testing of the product to determine if there is a manufacturer defect. If a defect is suspected, we may consider the return of a used or damaged item. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
